      How to view your transaction and credit history

      Where to view your entire transaction and credit history in Fisikal.

      Your transactions and credit history is the best place to go to for details on when, what, who, and where a package was purchased. 

      The transaction history is where you can view installments on deposit transactions, trace a package that was previously bought, see the amount paid, the payment method, and such. 

      The credit history is where you can track when a credit for a package was viewed, when it was refunded, the service it was actioned for, and such. 

      Note that if your gym uses multiple billing systems, not all your transactions will appear here. 

      This may also be possible on the app.

      How to view your transaction/credit history

      1. Log into the browser with your email and password.
      2. Click the "WELCOME, NAME" at the top right of the page. 
      3. Click Settings. 
      4. Click the Transactions tab on the left menu. 
      5. Switch between the Credits and Transactions history from the tab on the top right of the view.

      This view can also be filtered by date located above the table.
