STOCK- CURRENT POSITION

Analyse current POS Item stock levels

The Stock- Current Positions report is available to Manager users where the permission is enabled:

To set the permission click: Settings > User Permissions > Manager > Can see Reports section > Stock- Current Positions = True

To run the report:

Format	Choose the format of the output report file: .csv - a comma separated text file that can be opened using Excel or other applications .json - a structured text file useful for exchanging data with other systems .xlsx - an Excel file that is usually smaller than the csv option but can take longer to produce .pdf - uneditable portable document most suited to printing
Locations	Filter the data based on Location Status: All - this will show all stock transactions in all locations. Active - this will show all stock transactions in active locations. Specific - choose location(s) to see the stock transaction there.
POS item Status	Include Active or Inactive POS items All - this will show both active and inactive Active - this will show only active POS Items Inactive - this will show only inactive POS Items
POS Location Status	Filter the data based on whether a POS Item has an active price in a Location: All - Active and Inactive prices Enabled - this will show only Active prices in locations Disabled - this will show only Inactive prices locations

Report Columns

Each row is a unique combination of POS Item and Location. The data is grouped by POS Item.

Date	The date that the report was run. Shows as the local time in the location in case that the location is in a different time zone.
POS Item	The POS Item
POS Item Status	Whether the POS Item is Active or Inactive
Location	The Location that the item is stocked in
POS Location Status	Whether the POS Item is Enabled or Not in this location
Current number in stock	Current quantity of stock.
