How to run the report
The Service Packages report is available to Manager users where the permission is enabled:
To set the permission click: Settings > User Permissions > Manager > Can see Reports section > Service Packages = True
To run the report:
- Sign in as manager
- Click Reports in the main menu
- Click + to add a new report to the queue
- Choose Service Packages from the list
- Choose the filter options, click Generate

Report columns
Name | The name of the package |
Video | Details whether there are videos in the service package |
Image | Details whether there are images in the service package |
Repeats | Details whether there are repeats in the service package |
Repeats Frequency | Details the frequency of repeats if necessary |
Repeat Every | Details the time that the repeats happen |
Expires After | Service package expiry time |
Total Credits | Total amount of credits a client has to use in this package. |
Booking Restrictions | Details whether there are booking restrictions |
Services | Details the services in the package |
Tax | The amount of tax on the package |
Cost | The cost of the service package |
Payee | The organisation/person that the payment is made to |
Location | The location that the service package is available at |
Custom Rate | Indicates whether the package has any custom rates |
Count of Clients Rates | Quantity of client rate |
Average Client Rate | Average of client rate |
Count of Sale Location Rates | Quantity of sale location rates |
Average Sale Location Rate | Average of sale location rates |
Count of Group Rates | Quantity of group rates |
Average Group Rates | Average of group rates |
Service Status | Details whether the service is active or not |
Package Status | Details whether the package is active or not |
Service ID | The ID of the service |
Package ID | The ID of the package |
Alt ID | Alternative ID of the package - this is how the package is referenced from a third party integration. |
