This article outlines the most commonly used Email templates for Clubs, Studios and Trainers using Fisikal.
There are 100s of email templates pre-defined in Fisikal that will send at the correct point upon the occurrence of an event. These hard-coded templates have a header that includes the club's logo and motto, body content made up from text and variables and a footer.
The hard-coded templates can be over-ridden by users.
If an Admin user defines an email template to be different from the hard-coded template then that version will be used for all the clubs in the instance.
If a Manager level user defines a template then that will be used in their club.

SYSTEM ACCESS
WELCOME FOR CLIENT
This email is sent to Clients and can contain information such as username and password as configured by Club Managers.
RESTORE PASSWORD
This email is received by the Client when they attempt to reset their password.

This email lets the Client know that their Fisikal email address has successfully been changed.
