PAYMENT OPTIONS
PAYMENT GATEWAY
Fisikal has a number of connected payment gateways connected to enable Clubs around the world to take payment with a local provider in their specific country. Please see a list of payment platforms below that are connected to both Fisikal web and mobile applications. Select the name of the provider to view a list of supported countries.
Spreedly works slightly differently from Stripe as it is a service which has done over 120 integrations with payment providers such as WorldPay, PayPal, Ingenico and Braintree. Spreedly enables Clubs to connect easily to providers who offer a cheaper transaction fee than Stripe - so funds can be taken in most currencies around the world.
When using Spreedly in addition to the payment provider transaction fees that you usually incur, a monthly license fee and an API call fee is charged. Even with these additional fees in place we have seen operators reducing their fees by £1,000 per month from the high cost of Stripe.

MEMBERSHIP OPTIONS
Fisikal can be configured to sell a variety of different Packages to enable customers to access both Live-Streaming and On-demand content.
Leveraging the Fisikal Groups functionality, Clubs can configure specific content to be visible to specific groups of Clients (if required). So if a Client fails to pay their Membership, they will no longer be able to access content or have the relevant booking permissions for Live-Streaming classes.
It is possible to configure the following options:
- Monthly / Weekly subscriptions
- Pay up-front
- Live-Streaming only
- On-Demand only
- Limited or Unlimited Live-Streaming subscriptions
- Trial access
It is also possible to package content into an all access or specific access subscription product as well. Please discuss your specific options with your dedicated account manager.
BUY ONLINE
When working out the best way to sell your content to your audience, Clubs should consider if they are happy to lose a % of their revenue to by selling their project directly through the app. The Apple App Store and Google Play Store both take a % commission of revenue from the in-app sale of digital content or of any revenue generated for Group ex sessions delivered within the app.
