HOW USERS EDIT THEIR PROFILE

All users, staff and clients can be granted permission to edit their own profile in Fisikal.

WHAT IS IN YOUR PROFILE?

This the key information that is stored in you Fisikal profile:

• Contact details
• Profile photo
• Date of birth - used to determine eligibility for some packages
• Language - used to determine the language of the interface in emails, the app or online
• Allocated Locations - Determines the other locations you can see the timetable for
• Default location - Determines the timetable that you see when you first visit the schedule. Starts off as your home location.
• Home Location - Where you are a member of

HOW TO EDIT YOUR PROFILE

Client users can edit their profile by these methods:

• Log into the Fisikal Member app. You can change your profile photo from the dashboard.
• In the Fisikal Member app, click > Settings > My Profile to edit the rest of your profile
• Log in to the Fisikal website, click your name, and then Settings. If there is an edit icon by your profile then you can use that to change your profile.

Trainer users can edit their profile by these methods:

• In the Fisikal Trainer app, click > Settings > My Profile to edit your profile
• Click > Settings to also edit your Biography and Qualifications
• Log in to the Fisikal website, click Settings > Profile

All staff users can edit their profile by these methods:

• Log in to the Fisikal website, click Settings > Profile
