How to change your notification preferences

Manage which emails and push notifications you receive

You can select which emails and push notifications you receive from the booking system.

We recommend that you leave all notifications enabled. The notifications from the booking system are limited to useful information about your bookings. No marketing or advertising emails are sent through this system.

Push notifications are sent to participants of bookings if they have the app installed and are logged in.

 

You may also be able to change your notification preferences in the app.

 

How to change your notification preferences

  1. Log in with your email and password.
  2. Click on the  "WELCOME, NAME" at the top right of the screen.
  3. Click settings.
  4. Click on the Notifications tab in the menu on the left.
  5. Change your preferences.
    • Use the Global area to turn on or off all the emails or push notifications.
    • If email notifications are enabled then you can select which ones you will receive.
    • The emails in the Client section are triggered when you perform an action.
    • The emails in the Staff section are triggered if a staff  member performs an action that affects you.
    • The emails in the Automatic section are triggered by dates and other events.
  6. Click the update button on the top right to save your preferences.
