      Changing your password

      This page will show you how to change your password on the web portal and app.

       

      This page will explain how to change your password. Please note this is not the same as Forgot your Password.

      Changing your password online in the web portal:

      1. Log into your Fisikal account online 
      2. Click onto the settings section of your profile 
      3. 0press the 🗝️. button, this will open a Change Password tab. 
      4. This is where you can update and change your password. 

      Changing your password on the app: 

      1. Log into the member app 
      2. Pressing the left tab, open Settings
      3. Choose Change Password this will allow you to update and change your password.
