EXERCISE CATEGORIES REPORT

List the Exercise Categories in the club.

The Exercise Categories report is a diagnostic report useful to analyse the exercise categories within a club and its status. 

How to run the report

The Exercise Categories report is available to Manager users where the permission is enabled:

To set the permission click: Settings > User Permissions > Manager > Can see Reports section > Exercise Categories report = True

To run the report:

  1. Log in as manager
  2. Click Reports in the main menu
  3. Click + to add a new report to the queue
  4. Choose Exercise Categories report from the list
  5. Choose the filter options, click Generate

Filter Options

Format

Choose the format of the output report file:

  • .csv - a comma separated text file that can be opened using Excel or other applications.
  • .json - a structured text file useful for exchanging data with other systems.
  • .xlsx - an Excel file that is usually smaller than the csv option but can take longer to produce.
  • .pdf - uneditable portable document most suited to printing.
Language

Choose the language. 

If there is a translation available for the category name then it will be translated, otherwise the club language will be used.

 

Report columns

Category ID The ID of the category.
Category title The name of the category in the language selected.
Status Active or Inactive.
Number of associated exercises

The number of exercises within the category.

Use the Exercises Report to see the list.
Language The language that the category is detailed in.
Owner The club which owns the category.
