There are a number of systems and applications that are managed by different service providers as outlined below. If any of these are offline, users should contact the relevant service provider.

New Club Administration

There is a process when new clubs come online that is important to follow. We need to make sure the process works as follows:

  1. EOS inform EGYM that a new club is to include the following information:
    1. Name and address of new club
    2. Geo location lat / long values
    3. Date that the club will go live
    4. Date that the timetable will start
  2. EGYM inform Fisikal of the new club and add all details to the EGYM - FKL shared document
  3. Fisikal sets up the new club in our infrastructure
  4. Fisikal updates the EOS Locations shared document which EOS, Qodeca and Club Com have access to updated new location data.
  5. Fisikal sends email confirmation to EOS admin team, when it is ready for them to start using it.
  6. EOS to inform Club Com and Qodeca that the data has been added to the EOS Locations shared doc.
  7. EOS G-Fit team to keep EGYM informed if club launch dates have changed.
  8. EOS G-Fit team to email Fisikal 1-week before launch to remind them of the launch.
  9. Launch day - Fisikal make new location visible in bookings MWA.
  10. Launch day - EGYM launch new location.
