Operational Report listing the packages owned by clients that will reach their expiry date in the next 7 days.
How to run the report
The Due to Expire Service Package report is available to Manager users where the permission is enabled:
To set the permission click: Settings > User Permissions > Manager > Can see Reports section > Client Packages = True
To run the report:
- Click Reports in the main menu
- Click + to add a new report to the queue
- Choose Due to Expire Service Packages from the list
- Choose the filter options, click Generate

| Since | Choose a start date to view data from. |
| Till | Choose an end date for the data. This date can be a date in the future if required and can include booking information for sessions that have not yet occurred. |
Report Columns

| Client Status | Whether the client is active |
| Home Club | Clients home club location |
| Package | Name of the package |
| Restrict bookings | Whether the package has a restriction on bookings. |
| Expire Date | Expiry date of the package |
| Package ID | ID number of the package |
| Package Status | Whether the package is active or not. |
| Repeating | If the package is being repeated. |
| Remaining Credits | Whether the client has any remaining credits to buy future packages. |
