Use the communications report to review overall email volume in your Fisikal Instance
The communications report is useful to analyse the type of communication sent during a period of time at a selected club, whether the email sub-system is working in the instance, and which clubs in an instance are active.
How to run the report
The communications report is available to the admin user.
To run the report:
- Log in as an Administrator user
- Click Reports in the left hand menu
- Click + to add a new report to the queue
- Choose Communications report from the list
- Choose the filter options, click Generate.
Filter Options
Format |
Choose the format of the output report file:

Day range | Choose how many days back to report on. |
Clubs |
Choose which clubs will be included in the report:

REPORT COLUMNS
Date |
The date that the messages were sent. |
Time | The hour of the day that the message was sent. Results are grouped by hour. |
Club | Which club it was sent from. Results are grouped by Club |
Kind |
The type of communication sent, either Email or Push |
Template |
For emails, the Email template ID of the template used to generate the email |
Count | The number of messages sent on that date, in that hour for that club of that type |
