Client Notes report is used to collect notes on the clients throughout a time frame.

How to run the report

The Client Notes report is available to Manager users where the permission is enabled:

To set the permission click: Settings > User Permissions > Manager > Can see Reports section > Client Notes = True

To run the report:

  1. Click Reports in the main menu
  2. Click + to add a new report to the queue
  3. Choose Client Notes from the list
  4. Choose the filter options, click Generate

Choose the format of the output report file:

  • .csv - a comma separated text file that can be opened using Excel or other applications.
  • .json - a structured text file useful for exchanging data with other systems.
  • .xlsx - an Excel file that is usually smaller than the csv option but can take longer to produce.
  • .pdf - uneditable portable document most suited to printing.

Choose which clients to include

  • All - Choosing all limits the report to showing all clients with Active packages.
    If you select another option then the Package Status options are shown. This is to limit the size of the report for normal use.
  • Group - select a group of users to report on
  • Tags - select clients that have been tagged in some way
  • Specific - choose individual or multiple Clients from the list


Report Columns

Client Name  Name of the client 
Date of Notes Date of when the notes were taken
Category  Category of the session

Note Description 

What happened in the service. 
Note Status Whether note is still active.
