CONFIGURING RATINGS

This tutorial shows administrators how to set up and configure ratings in the platform.

Setting up Ratings

To enable the system to send and collect ratings for particular bookings, administrators must establish the method for sending ratings. To do this, administrators should navigate to Settings > Club > Rate Settings and choose the EDIT option.

Viewing Member Ratings - Web

There is a page that allows cubs managers to view and delete active ratings. They can be filtered by options:  

  • Client 
  • Trainer 
  • Service 
  • Date Range 

Each row contains a delete button, removing the ratings from the list.

The Bulk Deleting option can be used to remove multiple ratings at once, by selecting information to be deleted based on : 

  • After date of rating 
  • Before date of rating 
  • Specific Trainer 
  • Service List 
  • Client List

Viewing Member Ratings - Report

When using the 'Class Ratings' function a new report can be generated based on the submitted rating. It allows those with the permission to, to generate all the rating within the given parameters. The report contains the following information: 

  • Occurrence ID
  • Occurence Date 
  • Client ID 
  • Client Name 
  • Trainer ID 
  • Trainer Name 
  • Service ID
  • Service Title 
  • Trainer Rating 
  • Service Rating 
  • Comment 
  • Rating Dates

Generating the Report: 

  1. Log in or spoof as a manager to generate the report.
  2. Click the reports section the left side 
  3. Press the + button to start generating a new report and select "Class Ratings" 
  4. Selecting and adjusting the filters you wish to use. These include 
    1. Since/Till 
    2. Clients/Trainers/Services

In-App Ratings

When a service has been configured to send a rating request to a customer, they will see an in-app prompt similar to the following:

 

Users will be requested to enter options for the following:

  • Rate the service (eg. Zumba)
  • Rate the trainer (eg. Anna)
  • Leave a comment.
  • Or select "No thanks" which will close the ratings form without submitting any rating values.

Once the rating has been sent by selecting "Leave Feedback" users will see the "Thank you" screen as shown above.
