Class Ratings Reports

Generating report to show ratings of classes.

 

Logging in or spoofing as a manager. Generate the report  by clicking the + sign.

When generating the report you must choose a time period for the report using the since and till. 

Filter options

Format

Choose the format of the output report file:

  • .csv - a comma separated text file that can be opened using Excel or other applications
  • .json - a structured text file useful for exchanging data with other systems
  • .xlsx - an Excel file that is usually smaller than the csv option but can take longer to produce
  • .pdf - uneditable portable document most suited to printing

Report columns

Occurrence ID ID number of the Occurrence. 
Occurs At What date the session happened on, including day and time. 
Client ID ID of the client who rated the session.
Client Name Name of the client who rated the session. 
Trainer ID Trainer of ID of who took the class/session.
Trainer Name Name of the trainer who took the session. 
Service ID ID of the session
Service Title Title of the session
Trainer Rating Rating of trainer
Service Rating Rating of service
