      ANNOUNCEMENT DETAILS REPORT

      List of announcements for analysing when and what is sent to clients and staff.

      Log in or spoof as a manager account to access the report. 

      Go to Reports on the left and click the addition + symbol to generate a new one.

      Purpose

      Review the announcements in Fisikal and the distribution settings applied to them.

      Announcements are edited in the My Development section in Fisikal.

      Filter options

      Format

      Choose the format of the output report file:

      • .csv - a comma separated text file that can be opened using Excel or other applications
      • .json - a structured text file useful for exchanging data with other systems
      • .xlsx - an Excel file that is usually smaller than the csv option but can take longer to produce
      • .pdf - uneditable portable document most suited to printing
      Language

      Choose the language.

      If there is a translation available for the text in the report then it will be translated, otherwise the club language will be used.

      Report columns

      Column Note
      Announcement ID Fisikal ID of the announcement
      Announcement title  
      Sub title  
      Description  
      Announcement Category A list of the categories that the announcement is in.
      Tags List of the tags applied to the announcement
      Media File ID Fisikal ID of the media file attached to the Announcement
      Media File URL

      The Fisikal URL of the content attached to the Announcement.

      The link here is provided to allow the content to be downloaded if necessary. The links are not intended to be sent to a large audience. For that purpose please use the CDN version of the links that are used in emails etc, as they are designed to support a large audience.

      For Video content this is a Vimeo link

      For all other content this is an Amazon S3 link
      Status Active/Inactive
      Deliver Immediately or Future Date
      Publish until Announcements disappear from view after this date.
      Send notifications Yes/No for this announcement. It also requires the club notification settings to be enabled.
      Deliver to

      Summarises the Deliver To options made on the announcement:

      • All Users - All Users was selected
      • Individual Group - the Specific Users option has been selected and one group selected
      • Individual User - the Specific roles option has been selected and one role selected
      • Individual User - the Specific Users option has been selected and one user selected
      • Multiple Groups - the Specific Users option has been selected and more than one group selected
      • Multiple Roles - the Specific Roles option has been selected and more than one role selected
      • Multiple Users - the Specific Users option has been selected and more than one user selected
      Audience

      The Audience setting controls whether other users can use this announcement.

      • Public - Visible to other users
      • Private - This announcement is not visible to other users
      • All subscribed clubs - The announcement is visible in all the clubs subscribed to this Content Provider. This setting is available to Content Providers only. 
      • Specific receivers - The announcement is only visible in selected clubs. This setting is available to Content Providers only
      Language Language selected in the report filters
      Owner

      The club that created the announcement.

      If there is a category from another club then it is present because your club is subscribed to their content channel. Categories from other clubs cannot be edited.

      You can configure the content subscriptions under Settings > Content Channels
