      ANNOUNCEMENT CATAGORIES REPORT

      Diagnostic report to list all the announcement categories

      Purpose

      This report allows the list of announcement categories to be analysed.
      Use in conjunction with the Announcement Details Report

      Generating the report.

      Log in or spoof as a manager account to access the report. 

      Go to Reports on the left and click the addition + symbol to generate a new one.

      Filter options

      Format

      Choose the format of the output report file:

      • .csv - a comma separated text file that can be opened using Excel or other applications
      • .json - a structured text file useful for exchanging data with other systems
      • .xlsx - an Excel file that is usually smaller than the csv option but can take longer to produce
      • .pdf - uneditable portable document most suited to printing
      Language

      Choose the language.

      If there is a translation available for the category name then it will be translated, otherwise the club language will be used.

      Report columns

      Column Note
      AC ID Fisikal Announcement Category ID
      AC title The Title of the category in the selected language if available.
      Status Active/Inactive
      Number of associated Announcements

      Quantity of announcements under this category.

      Includes inactive announcements.
      Language The language selected for the report
      Owner

      The club that created the category.

      If there is a category from another club then it is present because your club is subscribed to their content channel. Categories from other clubs cannot be edited.

      You can configure the content subscriptions under Settings > Content Channels
